The mother wound
How it shows up in EVERYTHING!!!!!
As I have discovered the portal into the deep , out of awareness mother wound, I have noticed how it all shows up in everything.
This used to sound dramatic to me and now I can’t un see it.
In a conversation with my mother today I decided to play with questions higher up on the logical levels. I asked the bigger questions about what it was like for her to be her with her own mother as she shared her own recent experience with an individual. It quickly linked! How she felt to the situation playing out that she was telling me about. It linked to the layers I have had to and still am moving through from the conditioning passed down to me from her.
It was as though it all connected.
I shared with her some of my massive moments where I took my attention away from the situation at hand and went inward into the uncomfortable and found myself in deep layers from long ago. Then what I noticed in my reality afterwards.
It freed up so much and shifted my undercurrent and everything started changing.
All I have to do is engage what is moving in my body as I live fully and I create with intention. The patterns that keep repeating change!
I taught my mother how to do this today and gave her an alternative to just try and see what happens.
Talked about signal 1 and my experience of signal 2 and 3.
I am not sure I was as annoyed yet equally content as I created a different line of questioning for her that opened space while I moved into the annoyance in my body and integrated it right there.
“Maybe your heart is trying to tell you something mom”.
“ I wonder what would happen if you saw the symptoms as information wanting to be embraced to move” “Instead of something you want to go away”
Movement will create flow!
In the space created from my questions I taught her to expect the movement and what to do with it.
“How capable did you feel as a child to take action on your behalf mom and make choices that were outside of who you were allowed to be with your mom”.
Fire was not welcomed in the generational lines. Heart conditions manifested!
go figure my child that has come is fullllll of fire! She came to shift the massive generational programming in my lineage. So I could honour mine again after I to learned we don’t feel too much fire.
In order to parent I had to love my fire and learn how to invite and allow it to move in my body.
The conversation was deeply meaningful, and so healing!
To Decloak out loud to her my experiences and discoveries. without any blame or shame. I had stayed with my fire and couldn’t go near my mother for a while. It was part of reclaiming me! When it was diluted enough I could then see different .
I notice now where my patterns are repeating and it’s amazing. I used to think everything was separate and it’s not. The projection comes from our programming and what we experienced.
The path back home is through the uncomfortable sensations from all of that- reclaimed! Then it all shifts out there.
